Collaboration with Tellme creates new opportunities for Pivot enterprise customers by providing fast and reliable implementation of speech-based solutions

San Jose, California – Nov. 11, 2008 – Pivot Systems today announced an alliance with Tellme, a Microsoft Subsidiary, to provide advanced speech-based solutions to its enterprise customers. This collaboration will allow Pivot Systems to offer its customers their own business-specific speech-based solutions to increase their service offerings, drive up revenues and reduce customer service costs. Providing advanced speech-based service offerings will allow Pivot customers to attain higher degrees of customer satisfaction and open more avenues for business while improving existing business transactions.

As a leading enterprise systems and applications solutions provider, Pivot Systems has been developing applications with different kinds of user interfaces for over a decade. Collaboration with Tellme opens an opportunity for Pivot to add sophisticated voice interfaces to existing and future solutions and provide a seamless, unified infrastructure to its customers.

This collaboration will benefit current and potential Pivot customers who provide or intend to provide customer service or business transactions via an IVR. Tellme’s innovative voice services platform allows Pivot to deploy advanced speech-based solutions either standalone or in conjunction with other user interfaces.
